Do you handle the site preparation as well as the concrete pour?
Yes. RB Concrete manages the full process from site prep through to finished concrete. We own a Kobelco 2T mini excavator and a 3T tipper truck, which means we can handle excavation, spoil removal, and base preparation in-house without waiting on other contractors. This keeps your project on schedule and gives you one point of contact for the whole job.
What concrete finishes are available for driveways and outdoor areas?
RB Concrete works with a range of finishes to suit different properties and client preferences. The most popular choice in this area is exposed aggregate, which offers excellent grip underfoot, handles NZ weather well, and looks great against the natural surroundings common on Matakana Coast properties. We also offer broomed (broom-dragged) finishes for a practical, slip-resistant surface, and smooth power-floated finishes for interior floors and slabs. The right finish depends on the location, use, and your personal preference. We are happy to talk through the options.
